Members' Event Diary
Events are organised and run for the enjoyment of members and their guests.
In 2023 we ran 21 activities and fundraising events which were attended by over 500 members and their guests.
More events for 2024 will be added below as dates are finalised.
Bookings can be made online or the forms can be printed and posted. Payment may be made by either BACS or cheque.

in the Terrace Restaurant
Test your knowledge against our quiz mistress, Carolyn, in our fun filled quiz. Compete for the coveted challenge cup in 4 specialist rounds of 10 questions together with a Joker option.
Try your luck at the 20 table questions for a bottle of wine, win prizes in the raffle and enjoy a sausage and mash supper, from Osborne’s in-house catering team, during the interval.

This event will take place in the Education Suite, where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine or soft drink, while Steve entertains you with his original songs.

Come and join Toby, Osborne House’s Head Gardener, on his guided annual autumnal tour of the flora on the Osborne Estate. Enjoy his unique knowledge of the plantings of the Gardens and the trees of the Broad and Rhododendron Walks. Take this opportunity to photograph foliage as they change into their autumnal hues, all set against the backdrop of the Solent.
Share with us a glass of warming ‘Autumn Cup’ and tasty nibbles in the Walled Garden at the end of the tour.

Friday 11th October 2024
Christopher will again take two groups of twenty members for a 45-minute tour.
The first group will meet at 5:25 at the green gate and be directed to the Education Suite. The tour will be from 5:45 to 6:30. Similarly, the second group will meet at 6:25 for a tour from 6:45 to 7:30.
Cost: £10 to include a glass of wine.
