Talk on Norris Castle - NOW FULLY BOOKED

In the Education Room at Osborne - Note: Due to the redecoration of the Education Room the talk will now take place in the Duchess of Kent Suite in the main House.
Sarah Burdett will talk about the history of Norris Castle, a Grade 1 listed building, which was built in 1799 and sits in 225 acres of land. She will tell us about the connections it had with Queen Victoria and other members of the royal family. Sarah will also discuss more recent developments with Norris Castle and how it is now sadly in a state of serious decay.
Cost £5 (to include a coffee/tea and biscuit)
Members will be met at the green gate outside Petty Officers' Quarters at 10:40 am and given a lanyard. Please do NOT come through POQ.
