Membership Renewal Form

Members are sent reminders early in the month that their memberships are due to expire and should renew their subscription(s) before the month end. Do not let your membership lapse as we have a long waiting list of individuals wishing to join who will be offered your place! Lapsed members will be required to complete the waiting list form available on the Become a Friend of Osborne page. As from 1 January 2025, a rejoining fee of £5 per person is to be added for all lapsed memberships.

Please use the form below to renew your annual membership to the Friends of Osborne online only if renewing in the month prior to your expiry date. The fields marked with an * require entries. When complete, please ensure that you press the SEND button and if paying by BACS, which is our perferred option, that you instruct your bank to make the transaction.
