Mark Earp will give the final instalment of his talks on architecture which promises to be as fascinating, informative and amusing as the previous two.
This talk is entitled ‘REVIVALISTS, ROMANTICS AND RADICALS’ and discusses and fills the architectural gaps between 1830 and 1930 on the Isle of Wight. Frequently we take buildings and structures for granted especially those without the wow factor. They have a place in the Isle of Wight’s heritage both as decorative and functional objects. Structures that we should cherish and maintain for future generations.
