NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Charitable Incorporated Organization will be held at the Terrace Restaurant, Osborne House, East Cowes, PO32 6JX on Monday, 24th November 2025 at 11:00 am.
Welcome address from our Chairman, Mrs. Allison Rogers.
Before the formal meeting, Victoria Stone, General Manager of Osborne House, will give a presentation of future projects and plans at Osborne House.
Agenda for the meeting:
- Minutes of AGM on 21st November 2024 and matters arising.
- To receive and consider the Trustees’ Annual Report and Financial Statements for the period from 1st October 2024 to 30th September 2025.
- To elect a new Trustee.
- To receive and respond to any questions raised by member
